You can fill out our online admission enquiry form available on our website and expect to receive a call from our admission team to answer all your queries related to admission. Upon clearing your queries you can visit us at our campus and submit the admission registration form along with a non-refundable registration fee.
You can visit our admission team at either our Anna Nagar or Ayanambakkam campuses, whichever is more convenient for you. To begin the process, simply fill out the admission registration form and submit it along with a non-refundable fee. After registration, students will be required to take an admission test or attend an interview. A set of necessary documents will also need to be submitted. Upon evaluating the student’s performance, a confirmation letter will be issued, containing details about class commencement and the deadline for fee payment.
- Admissions for Classes I to IX are conducted exclusively through personal interviews.
- The school management reserves the right to revise the admission policy if needed.
- Parental presence is mandatory during the admission process.
- Parents are requested not to queue outside the school before the specified date and time.
- AGS follows a single admission procedure. Any conflicting claims should be reported to the management.
- Any attempts to influence or provide recommendations during the admission process will lead to disqualification.
- Birth certificate (Original and photocopy)
- Transfer Certificate
- Previous academic records
- 3 Passport size photographs of the child
- Proof of residence – Adhaar card, PAN card or any other address proof.
- Immunisation record – The child’s medical history and the documents of vaccination and blood type
The online admission process stays the same for the CBSE curriculum. You can either fill out the online enquiry form to clear your doubts through a call and then visit the campus or directly visit us and submit the admission registration form. After completing the admission test/ interview related to the chosen curriculum you can submit the admission documents. Upon receiving the confirmation letter you can pay the fee before the deadline.
Yes, depending on the grade and the curriculum applied for, students will have to sit for an admission test/ interview to assess and evaluate their academic performance. Some grades might require an additional round of interviews with the student and the parent/ guardian to understand their expectations and readiness for the curriculum chosen.
- For preschool: Children should be 2.6 years old before the commencement of classes.
- For both the CBSE and Cambridge curriculum, the age criteria will vary depending on the grade.
Yes, transportation is available for both campuses. The AC buses cover up to 10 kilometres of radius.

EY 1 & EY 2: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
EY 3: 8.30 am to 2.45 pm
Grade 1 and above: 8.30 am to 3.00 pm
